raxi.cab is launching across the Greater Phoenix metro — Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, and Sun City. Check back for the final service boundary at launch.
What happens if the car breaks down? +
Our 24/7 remote ops team monitors every vehicle in real time. If a Cybercab encounters an issue, a human operator takes over and a support vehicle is dispatched. You'll never be stranded — we'll get you moving or arrange an alternative at no extra cost.
Is there a driver I can talk to? +
There's no human driver on board, but you're never alone. Every raxi.cab vehicle has a two-way intercom connected directly to our operations center. Tap the in-cabin screen any time to speak with a live team member.
How do I pay? +
Fares are calculated upfront and charged automatically to the card on file in your raxi.cab account. No cash, no tipping, no surprises. You'll receive a receipt by email after every ride.
Is raxi.cab safe at night or in bad weather? +
Yes. The Cybercab's 8-camera vision system works as well in darkness as daylight. During Phoenix dust storms or heavy rain, our ops team may adjust routing or hold vehicles at safe locations until conditions improve.
Can I take luggage or a bike? +
The Cybercab has a small rear compartment for carry-on bags or a backpack. It's not designed for large suitcases or bicycles. For oversized items we recommend booking two seats or using a larger vehicle service.
How is raxi.cab different from Waymo or Uber? +
raxi.cab runs exclusively on the Tesla Cybercab — a purpose-built robotaxi with no steering wheel or pedals. Unlike Waymo (which uses LIDAR) or Uber (which relies on human drivers), raxi.cab uses Tesla's pure-vision FSD AI: simpler, more reliable, and lower-cost to operate. That saving gets passed directly to passengers.
